1. The application allows you to store all your attachments in a folder on the hard disk or a USB stick , for example.  
You can even set up sub- folders where you can store files such as Image , Excel , Word , PDF , PowerPoint, etc. 
All types are configurable and allow you to store your documents as you wish. . 
It is possible to store all the e-mails you receive in the same place, or you may choose to create a separate folder for each individual sender,
or a common folder for e-mails received from several senders (e.g. a company or service, or an individual using multiple identities.)  

The application has been tested for mailboxes containing more than 5000 e-mails; the average processing time is 500 messages per minute . 
 
2) The e-mails are sorted in chronological order (date, sender, subject, body of message); you can then copy and paste their content
into a Word document, for example. 

A very useful function of this application is to create a thread , using the following trick : temporarily, you can temporarily mix sent e-mails and
received e-mails , you in Outlook, then with this application, you get a chronological "thread" of your discussions with your correspondents . 

 
Below is the main screen, where we see the Backup Folder "C: @ Temp_Mails_OLK "; 1 sender has been selected to have
 his attachments stored in a personal subfolder. For example, all Excel workbooks from the Accounting department will be placed
in the "C: \@ Temp_Mails_OLK\john.thomson@gmail.com\Excel" folder ...
